Our customers are our most important asset.  We value and protect your privacy.  Any personal
information collected is used in-house, to expedite and fulfill orders only.  We will never sell, rent,
or give ANY personal information regarding our customers to any third party, unless we are
authorized by you, or mandated by recognized legal authorities.

Personal Information Collection:

The personal information collected on our Order Forms is used to fulfill and track, present and
future orders.  The only times we would contact a customer is to coordinate fulfillment of an order,
clarify any possible inconsistencies which might lead to a delay in fulfillment of an order, or to offer
a customer future updates, offerings, or incentives.

Financial Information Collection:

Financial information, for example credit card numbers, are taken through our Order Form during
the purchasing transaction.  This transaction takes place on secure and encrypted third party
servers.  When the transaction is complete, and it has been verified that there are no
inconsistencies in the payment process, the previously collected financial information is destroyed
by The Trees Remember.  We do not keep credit card information on file!

Security:

This websites takes significant measures to insure privacy throughout the ordering process, and to
protect any financial information we request.  The “store” portion of our website is hosted on
Yahoo!’s servers and their merchant solutions insure that all transactions using the Order Form
take place in a secure environment, and that information is protected and encrypted.
